You have to make a Payment Processor account. The most famous of which are PAYPAL & ALERTPAY. It is like a “cyber bank” where you can deposit & withdraw your fund or earnings from an Online Business like PTC. You may also use this account for selling or buying stuff over the net.
All you have to do is register for free (as a start choose the personal account). It’s important to verify your account para walang hassle sa mga transactions mo. Usually kasi Online Businesses like PTC require their members to have their payment processor verified.

In ALERTPAY all you have to do is submit a copy of your ID and a proof of address (proof of billing). It’s ok if the proof of billing is not under your name for as long as the address you used for your ALERTPAY account is the address on the bill.

You may continue using your ALERTPAY or PAYPAL Accounts kahit hindi pa verified sa ngayon but your access will be limited. You may verify your account sooner or later.
Q: How Will I Encash My Payment Processor Fund?
For those living here in the Philippines, the option so far in ALERTPAY is requesting it thru check. Ipapadala yun ng ALERTPAY sa address indicated in your account then you may encash it in banks here. It will take time. So as an added option, you may exchange your ALERTPAY fund in a “cyber money changer” like www.pinoygoldexchange.net.
For PAYPAL, ang pwede nyo po gawin ay linking your credit or debit card (Eon Card or Smart Money Card etc.). For example sa Eon Card, if you linked it sa PAYPAL mo and made it your primary bank account, all you have to do is transfer your PAYPAL fund to it.
